About Us

AquaTerra Consulting was conceptualized and born from our joint passions for the environment, preserving our local, natural resources and enjoying the great outdoors of the PNW. We started by doing some work helping the PTSA at a local school on some drainage issues and things snowballed into what became AquaTerra.

With his diverse background and experience collected over time through a variety of roles in construction, Nirpaul brings a unique understanding of the full-life cycle for projects, ensuring complete transparency and accountability for the Project Owner and all stakeholders involved.

We strive to provide you with the best experience possible, using our extensive industry knowledge and reputation while leveraging our industry relationships to help control costs and deliver the best quality product and desired outcome for our clients.

Waste Stream Profiling

We go through the process of identifying and establishing waste streams material contents, characteristics, disposal facilitation and required recordkeeping for Dept. of Ecology Compliance.

Consultative & Exploratory Drainage Investigations

We typically determine which exploratory methods of investigation for storm/surface water or sanitary sewer drainage issues will be needed & outline steps needed for remediation, via a site visit to the location. Budget constraints or fears should not stop you from exploring the drainage situation and your best possible solution.

Once we outline the who, the what, the how and most importantly, the costs then we hand that information off to you so you can decide how to proceed. We often perform the work via onsite Project Management/Oversight of the work being performed and ensure that it adheres to the outlined plan of action.

We can also perform interface with the responsible public entities, on a case-by-case basis.
